Your second pole class
This course will teach your the first three beginner spins that you would mostly likely leearn in any pole class. There is so much you can do with beginners spins to really practice them and get them flowing into nice combinations. The more time you spend on the pole, the more of a workout you will get. This Course will teach you three spins individually and at the end there are a couple of bonus videos showing you how you can link them together and start creating combos using some of the skills you have learnt from my previous course "An introduction to Pole Fitness".
