In this course you will learn a higher intermediate level combo which you can keep building to make look super dynamic after you have learnt all the elements and tricks individually. it's a fun combo and you can play around with it as much as you like

What you will learn

Here is a demonstration of the combo you will be learning. The term "dynamic" basically means a constant movement.

The swing back

This video breaks down the first element of this combo : the swing back

Swing back into knee hook

This video breaks down how to enter into your knee hook from a swing back. You can practice this from the swing back itself or it can be modified from a floor position so you can practice the mechanics first, without loosing too much energy.

When you are learning a new technique, conserve your energy where possible (modify the skill as much as you can) so that when you have mastered the skill, you still have energy left to move on after. This will also prevent injury.

Taking your knee hook through to a leg hang

This video will take you through how to transition from your knee hook into your leg hang. Rather than going from the swing back, this video will show you how to get there from a regular outside leg climb over so you can practice this element on its own, again reserving your energy.
